Please Be Seated (PBS) is changing the way the South parties. Launched in 2014 in Nashville, PBS offers luxury party rental furniture and accent pieces that add drama, polish, and comfort to events staged everywhere from ballrooms to barns. The Swan Ball, Frist Gala, Governor’s Ball, Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art, CMA Awards, TV series “Nashville,” and a long list of other Southern institutions and new South juggernauts have all begun to rely on PBS, as have stars including Reba, Brad Paisley, Little Big Town, and more. In just a few short years, PBS has become synonymous with high-caliber service and a posh traditional aesthetic. Co-founded by married dream team Mary and Paul Huddleston, PBS draws on Mary’s years as an event planner overseeing multi-million dollar soirees for Dallas’s elite. Today, Mary combines that metropolitan expertise with distinctly Southern charm to create the spectacular settings for the most important moments of her clients’ lives. “I want people to walk into a room and think, ‘Wow. You made what I wanted come to life,’” Mary says. “‘Not only did you take my vision and execute it, but it’s even more. It looks even better than what I thought it could be.’” For more information, please visit PleaseBeSeated.com.
