Jennifer Sheets is the CEO and Owner of MasterStaff, Inc., one of the fastest-growing staffing agencies in the country specializing in corporate growth through recruitment, retention, seminars, training, outplacement services, and more. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and has an extensive background in providing professional placement services for businesses large and small. Through MasterStaff, Jennifer has assisted more than 35,000 people in finding the right job across nearly every possible industry and has partnered with such organizations as Bridgestone America and Hot Topic. Jennifer also hosts the Master the Workforce Radio Show and Podcast, which broadcasts live on Cumulus radio every Sunday at 11am CST. In 2023, Jennifer released her debut book, The Human Capital Lifeline, which reveals when the labor shortage actually started and why it has been largely ignored.

As the parent of a child diagnosed with leukemia, Jennifer is an active advocate in the fight against childhood cancer. Over the years, Jennifer has been involved with several nonprofits, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and has served on the boards of several organizations in the fight against pediatric cancer. Jennifer currently lives in Nashville, TN, with her husband, son and daughter.
